Great location, close to the main market and with easy access to tourist attractions. the room service and breakfast are outstanding, and we enjoyed the range of options. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The soundproofing is poor, with external noise and noise from other rooms being easily heard. the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets and towels were not of good quality.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient and close to markets, making it easy to explore this city. The room was big and clean, and we appreciated that the AC and wifi worked well. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and whenever we requested cleaning or other services, they were quick to fulfill our requests.

The property is in dire need of maintenance, the bedsheets were stained, and the rooms were dull. The scuffs and defects on the floor, walls, mirror, and bathroom surfaces were prevalent.

The room was big and clean, conveniently located in Karol Bagh with easy access to everything. Definitely recommend. Convenient for the metro, interesting market street, and lots of accommodation options. Good Wi-Fi throughout. Excellent breakfast with a variety of Indian and European meals. Good service and staff.

Everything was spot on.

The location of this hotel was good as it was centrally located and near a metro station. the market in the area was also great for evening shopping. the room was not as clean and inviting as expected. There were scuff marks and defects in the surfaces of the floors, walls, and bathroom. the bedding was off-white and crumpled which made it seem unclean. Unfortunately, the room was not serviced during our three-day stay. the lack of breakfast and general low quality of the property made it not worth the price.
